Training Details

All one-on-one training sessions are scheduled through our Front Desk team. Stop by the Y or give us a call to learn more about trainer availability, session packages, and pricing. Our staff will help match you with the right trainer or instructor based on your goals and preferences.

Personal training is for everyone—from beginners who want guidance getting started to experienced members looking for new challenges. We work with teens, adults, and seniors, and can adapt sessions for special health considerations, mobility concerns, or sport-specific goals.

Yoga therapy is a personalized approach to movement and mindfulness that supports healing and whole-person wellness. Sessions may focus on breathing techniques, gentle stretching, strength-building, and relaxation practices tailored to your individual needs and health goals.

In most cases, participants must be active YMCA members to schedule one-on-one training. If you’re not yet a member, our team will be happy to walk you through membership options and help you find the best fit for you or your family.
