Program Details

Our Neuro-Wellness program focuses on exercises and activities designed to support brain health, coordination, strength, and mobility. Participants engage in structured sessions that promote cognitive stimulation, balance training, and functional movement. The program provides a safe, encouraging environment where members can build confidence while improving overall well-being.

Rock Steady Boxing is a non-contact, boxing-inspired fitness program specifically designed for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease. Research shows that forced, intense exercise can slow the progression of symptoms. Classes focus on agility, balance, hand-eye coordination, and strength training—all within a supportive and empowering community atmosphere.

Oncology Yoga is thoughtfully designed to meet the physical and emotional needs of individuals impacted by cancer. Classes incorporate gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to reduce stress, improve flexibility, and support healing. Instructors are trained to provide modifications, ensuring a safe and compassionate experience for every participant.
