With programming for ages 2 months to 90+ years, there’s always something happening at the Y. Whether you’re joining a fitness class, swimming laps, attending practice, or dropping off the kids for care, our schedules help you plan your day with confidence.
Group Fitness
Included with membership. No registration required—just show up ready to sweat and have fun!
Aquatics
Lap swim, open swim, and swim lessons available throughout the week.

Seasonal sports, afterschool programs, and enriching opportunities for kids and teens.
Group Fitness & Aquatic Schedules
Our group fitness classes are included with your membership, and there’s no need to register ahead of time. From high-energy cardio to strength training and water fitness, our classes are designed to meet you where you are. Aquatic schedules include lap swim, family swim, and open swim times. Please note that lap lanes may need to be shared during busy hours. Check back often for updates and holiday adjustments.
Seasonal & Specialty Programs
Some programs, like Youth Basketball League, Summer Camp, and specialty wellness programs, operate seasonally. Because offerings may change throughout the year, we encourage you to check schedules regularly or contact us with questions. We’re always happy to help you find the right program for your family.
